Bio – Sessions and Workshops

 

Cacey runs a Herbal Apothecary and Counselling practise from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Her training began in 2000, when she studied European Folk Herbalism and completed a year long apprenticeship with Initiations. Currently, she studies under Mayan Shaman and author Martin Prechtel through his school, Bolads Kitchen, New Mexico.

 

Earlier in life, she gained a Diploma in Counselling with distinctions, followed by 9 months of internship training in a Clinical Counselling Centre with the Australian Counselling Association. She spent years in the pharmacy industry connecting people with herbal alternatives for health and emotional well-being, alongside running her own Counselling practise – featuring flower essences (international certified teacher ABFE), person centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, rational emotive behaviour therapy and birth script programming (Rebirthing).

 

Cacey shares over 20 years of accumulated international training (U.K, Columbia, U.S.A, India, Egypt and Australia), in traditional plant medicine healing, and over 2000 hours of training in Rebirthing Breathwork (see Teachers, Qualifications & Traditions at bottom of page). Her lifelong passion for nature and wildlife led her to found her own Charity ‘Freya’s Farm Chicken Sanctuary’ in 2015. The Sanctuary is dedicated to the rehabilitation of ex battery hens and can be found here under ‘Charity’. Some of her herbal, hand crafted products are available to purchase online and during sessions. They are also used on the farm to nurse her Sanctuary residents back to full health. All purchases help to support this endeavour.

 

Offerings include a seasonal selection of herbal products, all vegan, organic, handmade and chemical free, largely grown in her own garden.

*Counselling $180 – 50 mins (no medicare rebates available, online sessions are available)

This is helpful when you need to get yourself back on track, or work out some issues you might be struggling with.

 

*Sekhem energy healing + flower essence session $90 – 45 mins

This is helpful when you feel disconnected from the source, are feeling flat or need support with an ongoing situation or illness.

(Sekhem is similar to Reiki but from Egypt, a traditional hands on healing technique passed through the lineage of the Neter Sekhmet)

 

*Plant Spirit Medicine private consultation $80 + herbs  1 hour

This is helpful when you want to work on a particular physical or spiritual issue and feel called to work with plants.

 

*Flower Essences session $80 – includes essences

Helpful with just about everything from stress to sleep, decision making or general guidance. Very good for emotional and spiritual issues.

 

*Micro-dosing and coaching – 1 month Plant Spirit deep dive…

For people interested in doing deep personal work with plants for evolution and growth.

*Breathwork Therapy  $230- 2 hrs, discounts for blocks of 10 sessions.

Good for healing deep traumas, understanding your personal and birth patterns and healing physical and emotional issues. This is very intensive therapy and includes homework and personal practises to complete outside of the sessions as well.

 

*Remote Breathwork Therapy via Zoom available for my existing clients only, new clients must attend in person at Gympie, QLD or Northern Rivers, NSW.

 

*Learn Tarot Reading course – 3 x 1 hour session block $300, 6 x 1 hour session block $570

 

*6 month Professional Tarot Reader internship training $1300

For those students wishing to become a professional Tarot reader, contains intensive one on one coaching and experiential learning over 6 months.
